My Journey

From a young age, I spent my childhood vacations at my grandparents' farm, where I experienced the power of natural living firsthand. They grow their own food, live off the land, and maintain incredible health and longevity to this day. Their sharp minds, strong bodies, and vibrant lives continue to show me that nature provides everything we need to thrive. It’s clear that eating pure, unprocessed food, staying active, and keeping their minds engaged have been essential to their well-being.
